Segment Height (SH)

You'll need to know your segment height if you want to order progressive replacement lenses from Always Eyes. Don’t worry if your prescription doesn’t include your segment height, we can definitely show you how to measure it your self.

Measure SH yourself!!

Print our downloadable SH ruler. Download
Position the PD ruler under the center of your pupil. Measure from the center of the pupil to the bottom of the lens of your frame for both eyes.
Repeat a couple of times for accuracy and use an average for your final measurement.
